Updater not finish updating.

Hi, yesterday I was playing fine in beta. Now today when I try to get on there were some files updating and it is failing to update at the very end. Any ideas on how to get this fixed?

I am Admin so idk why it is not letting me do such things. I also tried turning off my firewall.

I tried deleting the whole beta folder and reinstalling. There was 2 files that could not be deleted. Now I am stuck at the very same spot of the updating as I was in the beginning. 1 of the files that could not be deleted was the one that I posted up earlier in the post prior to this post.

I haven't had that exact problem with EQ2 before, but occasionally it will occur with various other programs. Occurs whenever a program opens a filestream to the file but never tells Windows to close the stream out. Windows gets stuck holding the file open for a blank reference. Sometimes there are other ways to remove that reference, but rebooting is usually the best bet. If you've already tried rebooting and those files are still flagged in use, then something bigger is going on.
