<DIV>I see alot of people suggesting to using Demonstration of Faith before the pull to reduce healer agro early in the fight.  Personally I like to use Righteous Anger to pull and THEN use DoF as the mob is reaching the group.  That way I get the AE agro generated by the ward I casted on myself, which helps keep the mobs of the casters even more.  Just a thought :smileyvery-happy:</DIV>

<DIV> <DIV>That's exactly how I do it, as well. I stand far enough away so as to be able to cast Righteous Anger on my target then Demonstration of Faith, immediately after, as it approaches.</DIV></DIV>

While DoF and its upgrades are a great spell line, I don't think that its great for using every pull. Most of the time when I group the healer has plenty of power to heal me and I feel my power could be better used damaging the mob. If I'm in a situation where the healer needs all the power he can get I'll blow my power on my stuns and DoF. For me this usually only necessary when I'm fighting mobs that are alot higher level than me or named mobs.Edit: I'd also like to add if I am pulling the tough mob I'll ward myself before I pull, this gives the healer extra time and I can't always count on getting the spell off before the mob gets to me.<p>Message Edited by Hagginsbst on <span class=date_text>12-09-2004</span> <span class=time_text>11:24 AM</span>

The big advantage of RA, then DoF, then doing your HO to completion before anyone attacks is that you won't need to be instantly healed, plus you get all the aggro from the DoF. I usually cast DoF *after* the HO so that I make sure I get the HO off before everyone gets impatient.(DoF makes a nice multi-mob taunt spell, almost as good as Shout but with the bonus that it reduces the healing required.)

<DIV>Its a nice combo to do that eraly lvs, but when you start fight social mobs and have to range agro them, it dosent work anymore, even doing DoF before taunt/ae taunt is dangures, as you will be silence/feard/charmed. and never use HOs if you mes mob, many combos break it <img src="/smilies/9d71f0541cff0a302a0309c5079e8dee.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></DIV>
