Where is a decent place for me to level up either with others or by myself any help would be most appreciated thanks in advance.</DIV>

There are (5) newbie zones (6 if you count just outside the Freeport gates).SprawlRuinsGraveyardSunken CityThieves Way (the sewers)All have their own charms. None of them are particularly filled with "groups" (most folks don't group until they hit the orcs in the Commonlands).
