Devastation Strike now hits yourself and other players

Devastation Strike is now hitting myself for about 400-900k each proc and also hits my merc. I would assume it is hitting other players in my group as well. Was this meant to change the beloved Devastation Strike into the new Aspect of the Dragon, forcing players to never use those weapons without big consequences?<br /> <br /><img src="http://i.imgur.com/nzSSzk4.png" class="bbCodeImage LbImage" alt="[IMG]" />

Pretty sure all Dev Strike weapons will be banned from raids and go to the transmute pile if this is the case.

This was about 85% of my incoming damage for the first name we fought last night.

I haven't been able to reproduce this at all, so if someone sees this happen after today's update please let me know what the character name of the person with the damaging devastation strike was, as well as what encounter you were fighting when it happens.

This is actually causing issues on longer fights, at least for big hitting classes. Im killing my own merc in like 2-4 hits sometimes.

I also noticed that while the amount of damage dealth by devastation strike is largely the same, the tooltip for the damage is drasticly lower, like 23 thousand damage.
