Confused on Beta..

I must be blind, but I can not find where I can enter the beta... everytime I play, it only lets me log into the normal live servers... what am I missing??? already pre-ordered the expansion... any help??

On you EQ2.exe launcher, there is an advanced tools icon in the lower left. Click on it. Then from the Advanced settings choose Select Game Version. On the right will be a dropdown menu. Select beta and click apply. The game will then start downloading. It may take a while as it is the entire game in beta form.<br /> <br />If you want to play your character from live on beta, on live, click in your chat window when you are in the live version of the game and type /beta for the character you want to play on beta. Otherwise, you can create a new character and visit a beta buffer (one is located in New Halas by the docks) and you can instantly become level 100 for beta testing.
