Quest Soil and trouble

I have been searching for the soil sample from Twark and Nye Caelona but can' find it. Has anyone seen this and about where would it be? Is it soil or a healthy plant?

Getting very unhappy, searching for 2 days for this soil sample in Twark and I don't want to get blocked at this quest so i can't move forward. This needs to be fixed asap, so players can progress.

The soil in Twark is in the garden, but very hard to see. It is under the plants. I zoomed in to first person to see it. Maybe move the soil to close to where the shovel is??<br /> <br />The soil in Nye Caelona is in the garden area, near the large tree, random spawn, again difficult to see due to color.
