I know everyone says the STR line for AA is the way to go...I tested it out and it seems it hits for alot more dmg but is WAYYYY slower than using my fists...I only had 4/4/5/1 but it seems to not be worht it....I am 45 atm and have almost all mastercrafted gear. so by having no weapon i lose both of my weapon proc(they suck btw lol) 18 str/sta/agi and 30 health and power....I currently have on the INT line 4/4/8/5/1. this setup is nice because i get down to low hitpoints alot and it keeps me alive...I haven't used it much tho. I tested out my str line agains't a 46^Any help on a fist using guy or i am missing something?THanks in advance guys...btw this is my first char....so i am kind of lost sometimes heh<div></div>

If you were just 4/4/4, then you would certainly be better off using weapons, even non-adorned legendary ones. At 4/4/5, its pretty much a toss-up. At 4/4/8, the STR line is clearly better than non-adorned legendary weapons. Raidi posted on another thread that adornments change things because you may think a power tap is more valuable to you than a few percent DPS because it allows you to use more CAs during a raid by not running out of power so soon.</div>

<DIV>The crushing debuff increase makes it worth considering 4-8-8 in STR as well.</DIV>

Ok...i am thinking about putting 4/4/8/8 into str and 4/4/8/8 into int...that way i get increased def and since supposedly, increased parys increases the chance to riposte...it might allow a bruiser to tank better....I don't know...but that is my current planWhen i tank i put on my fists so i can turn the mob around (which is another stun to stop the dmg) plus the added stats allow for me to have more hitpoints and higher atk and higher avoidance....now if i could only find a master 1 reataliationcomments on this setup would be appreciated.<div></div>

I suggest using bare hands all of the time until you need to turn your target around, and then using hotbuttons to equip a single fist weapon, hit eagle spin, and then unequip the fist weapon. That way you will get all the advantages of your STR line plus all the advantages of your INT line. To equip a weapon using a hotbutton, just drag the weapon down from your bag (not from your primary weapon slot) to your hotbar. Then, put the eagle spin button next to it. Last, make a macro with the command "/unequip primary" and drag that macro button down to your hotbar next to eagle spin. So, when fighting, you can just press them in order 1..2..3 and you're good to go. I also do this with Crane Sweep and my 2h staff.</div>
