Yes, it is a skill under the general tab.  It doesn't always go up when you jump from something high, though, and sometimes you do take damage.  To start, you'll have to jump from something higher than 13m to start skilling up, since you only skill up when you have the potential to take damage.  Once your skill increases, you'll have to jump from higher and higher things to get skillups.  Right now, I jump from the commonlands plateau all the way down to the commonlands dock to get skillups, but I've only gotten one or two points since EoF came out.  My skill is currently 203/350, so I guess unless I specifically jump for hours, I will reach 350 when Everquest 4 comes out.<div></div>

I'm constantly jumping off high places as I travel from location to location, yet my Safe fall is a miserable 25 at level 48...<div></div>

All i can say is, you need to take time to grind it out... when I was like lvl 15 i used to go to efp for like 15 mins at a time a couple times while i was there and just kept running up steps and jumping off over and over. I always kept up on it... in adition to jumping off places when ur on the move, my suggestion is actually taking the time to grind it out as well.

Go to Bonemire when you want to level this up. You can use the elevator lifts around the drednever crash site to go up, fall down, repeat til you get a skillup. You can use these all the way to 350 skill. If you would rather manually run up something the hills on Breeding Grounds in Tenebrous Tangle are good for that.

I usually spend some time grinding my safefall. A good place I have found is in Nek at the very top, you know where there is a path leading up to a zone (can't remember what exactly), well there are mountains all around you can scale them and jump off for many skill ups. I'm not a high level bruiser, but I've done it with my scouts as well, it's a perfect place to skill up for like 30 minutes to an hour or so.
