<DIV>My good friend just started playing EQ2 and is playing a Kerran Bruiser.  I want to give him useful advice about what equipment to use to be most effective, especially what armor to wear.  Bruisers can wear light and cloth armor, but what is best to use?  What are the advantages to using one over the other?  I don't know much about Mitigation and Avoidance, mainly because the rules change so frequently. =)</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Thanks for any info folks can share!</DIV>

With the removal of gear type affecting avoidance, there is absolutley NO reason why he should be wearing cloth over leather. Unless it's a cool looking robe like Barister's... <div></div>
