<DIV>Im looking for raid AA points. I have currently gone with int wis sta line for KOS, and done the deagro line for eof, now im thinking about maxing up either my dps with the CA increased dmg, to go with my deagro. Or to use my points to make my closed mind and stuff be usable quicker, since there are so many mobs with AEs now etc...</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>But there are tons of other options... i really wanna hear your take on that, what do you choose and why.... raid wize. I dont care about xp groups.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>TY</DIV>

Though I think you could get away with any AAs as far as raiding goes, I'll suggest my current build. For Brawler AAs, I went with max melee crits, max Ambidexterity and Altruism. The rest could potentially be whatever you want and doesn't make too much a difference, though I threw extra points into Parry. Don't care much for the other End-tier abilities and Altruism is great on the MT as a last-resort or in some cases it's good on a healer. I've considered dropping Altruism and the 4 points I have in Defense as it's prerequisite to get maxed out Mantis Star, which I think would be a very nice ability to have on epic mobs. I've just found too much use for Altruism to want to bother lately. In the Bruiser AAs I maxed everything in Knockouts, minus Initimidate which has 1 point in it as prereq for Kidney Punch, and picked up Drag. I have 5 points in Ignore Agony, which is great for obvious reasons... and I filled out the entire Sacrifice tree as an experiment, which is actually working out fairly well. I can Intercede like crazy basically, and Ignore Agony is usually enough to cover whatever damage I take when I absorb a big hit. Strangely, I often seem to take zero damage from Intercede, which could be the 10% HP buff fading and not adjusting my hit points to the same percentage, which is nice if I take less than 10% damage from intercede so I don't need a heal. I also put 5 points into Shiftiness, ignoring the rest of the attention tree (for now). Didn't have anymore points to spend, but there you have it. Of course for tanking you'll want to probably max out most of the Attention tree but I won't be doing that, I prefer the DPS / pinch tank routine. The recast haste, combined with ring of four winds, is great and I've also been loading up with Critical Hit Boost items (there's a LOT of those for us in EOF) and with my Mark of the Awakened I have 9% added crits from gear alone. I haven't even equipped any adornments yet so this could be improved. The result of my build is that my damage is high enough to pull agro a lot even with Shiftiness running, and my DPS is much closer to the scouts than I could ever hope to get pre-EOF so I'm not unhappy with it. This is all assuming that Shiftiness is working, and that the crits from all the items is stacking properly. I have never bothered to parse crit rates before so I wouldn't even know how to verify that..My opinion on the first tree in the new AAs is that the only useful abilities are Stone Deaf and Ignore Agony... clear mind is very situational and I haven't desired to increase it's cooldown, even for the new content. And stone deaf AA isn't strong enough to put points into (if it were 6 seconds I would be all over it). The sacrifice line sucks except for the end ability, which is actually really good... though a bit hard to say it is worth 10 points, I may just keep it anyway. If I decide I really want the final detaunt ability for the Attention tree I will be dropping the entire Sacrifice tree to free up the points for it. I will always keep Knockouts maxed, and tbh I would think anyone is silly not to <span>:smileytongue:</span> and also I'm really liking Drag so far.<div></div>

<DIV>I have seen the above posters set up and it is very good pecifically for raid utility and DPS.<BR>(Btw Zelk you should get the dam/power proc for your wpns it will help a ton for power regen.)<BR>The OP should go down the Knockout tree from there it depends how you play your character. <BR>I chose to go 4/4/8/8 STA/INT and filled out the knockout tree(only one in mezz), 5 heal, 5 mit buff 5 stone deaf, 5 group taunt. 3 single taunt. This is a very good tank build for me. (I still need points for 5 stone deaf and 3 in single taunt)</DIV>

im going for more of a pvp/solo pve build, but i imagine it will still be very useful in raids.i am going 4/4/8/8 in sta and int lines for the extra avoidance from the parry and deflection line.i am maxxing out the entire knockouts line including drag, maxxing out the encounter and single target taunt, heal, and cure buff in our eof AA tree.i am still str line. it provides nice dps, but is lacking in a lot of ways since eof release imo. i lose extra avoidance from missing stats, power/hp, potential procs, and the avoidance from throwing those extra points into the deflection and parry aa's. that will soon be changing with the pvp weapons, until i can get my hands on nicer fabled like marr's fist etc.<div></div>
