Is Last Breath nerfed, broke, or am I just that unlucky

<DIV>Ok am I going crazy or is our FD ability fudged up.  I have the adept 3 which has a 96% chance and im feeling lucky to be hitting at 60% since expansion.  This morning in SoS I had 4 straight fails on the same mobs and then proceeded to die.  Now I know someone is going to chime in and say each mob has a separate roll to not fall for it but im getting multiple fails on solo targets in a row as well.  I have talked to the other Bruiser in my guild and she says she is noticing a significant increase in fails as well.</DIV>

Ive always had the odd occasion where FD fails a few times in a row had one other day 3 times in a row at 97% (Master I), however last week sometime it failed 9 times in a very short period ( think it was like 10-15mins) it WASNT in a row but still you'd expect 3% not to show its head that much.

It has been working fine for me so far against up to even-con triple-ups.  I haven't been fighting anything higher than that, and not too many of those.  Could con/heroic status make a difference?Thoral, 67 Bruiser, Mistmoore<div></div>
