Rabid Cry change?

Rabid Cry master 1 is displaying 14.1 'points' or 16% dps increase with no other buffs; last time I checked before today it was the same ~24% value it had been before eof.  Intended change? Anyone find mention of it in update notes?<div></div>

Mine, as of right now (in game playing atm) shows 25 points.Make sure you aren't mentored.. or failing, that if you were mentored before (even if it was before you logged in) cast it again. I hate when that happens to me.<div></div>

Ah yes, that fixed it.... grouped with 2 different bruisers today that both displayed the 14.1 value, they must have both been mentored sometime recently. (Guess I should have logged in my own and checked more first <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />)<div></div>
