Haste Stacking

<DIV><FONT color=#cccccc>Hi Everyone. Ive done my research, but find nothing definitive. It seems that before the expansion, all haste everywhere stacked. But then I heard, post expansion, that the 10% haste cloak doesnt stack with a standard 23% haste item like the Forsworn bracelet. Now I could care less about the 2% haste adornments, so this is straightup a question about regular items with 20-23% haste. Has anyone tested post-expansion whether they stack? My FBSS is pretty inconviently located from my character, but I will test it personally if I have to.</FONT></DIV>

<P>It is my understanding, and my experience, that no haste items stack.  The only stacking haste I have seen is bard & enchanter haste spells.  I think these stacked on top of ONE haste item for a total of 3 haste effects, however i never took a direct look at this situation, as i've never had the luxury of grouping with a bard and an enchanter at the same time.</P> <P>I used to sport the FBSS and the ancient slayer ring untill I took a close look and realized they didn't stack.  This was months ago.</P>

no equipped item haste effects stack. only procs and spells will stack along with the 1 haste item equipped. also it will only use the higher haste item equipped.<div></div>

Not just adornments. So before I get all excited, I was hoping that someone had personally tested it because I heard that the cloak didnt stack, so maybe none of it does.</FONT>

<P>That's a great question. I assume since the haste on adornments is very small that it's meant to stack with worn item haste. Adornments aren't really designed to fill the entire role of a dropped item, but rather to accent and augment it.</P> <P> </P> <P>A 2%-5% haste adornment should turn that 15% FBSS into some 17%-20% item haste.</P>

<P>On beta yes all Haste items did stack, so the DT bracer, the 10% cloak and the 20% adornments (yes adornments could haste 20% up till about 2 days b4 live when they nerfed down to 2%)</P> <P> </P> <P>I believe that was not intended though but i believe adornments should still stack with a haste item.</P>
