<DIV>WOW!!!!! What happened to the class I love.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV><SPAN class=time_text> <DIV>1) I feel like half the tank I used to be. Sure i don't have the one shot deaths, but I die alot faster now and more often. Now it only take 3 shots, but mobs never seem to miss now. Aggro management is still ok single mobs. Start to bring in adds, and its almost a lost cause.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>2) Training through zones. So many mobs have stuns now. Still can be done, but you will be flopping on face alot sooner. Try and train for a grp, good luck with that.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>2) PvP - getting destroyed in less than 3 seconds. Used to love when a ranger would attack me. Just have to get on top of them, and they were toast. Now you cant even begin to turn before your dead. </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Like most, I'm LvL 70 50AA, mostly fabled and mastered, and very unhappy at the current state of my class</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV></SPAN><p>Message Edited by AaronSnow on <span class=date_text>11-16-2006</span> <span class=time_text>11:57 PM</span>

well, i get hit hard yes, but biggest badass problem is that my m1 and ad3 attacks are being parried/miss and i have items with +15 atttack skill and i have to tank in offensive stance, because semi stance and def. stance are ASOLUTELY useless now, i cant hold agro because every 2nd hit doesnt land on mobs

BTW you even play a bruiser? If you do, then please enlighten me with how you see our class in its current state.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>As for the me, bruiser's are supposed to be badass damage dealers who can take a punch. The most fun I've had in this game is attempting to do things that should be imposible. Best part of the game for me was, getting one or two dps friends to go dungeon crawling. We would have to use solid tactics to take stuff down, especailly without a healer. In our current state, just not sure this is really possible now without a healer type.</DIV>

<P>Training through zones has been more dangerous since TFD adventure pack - you guys try going through Forsaken City much? It's a good thing, because the ability to train through zones isn't something that should be a highlight of what a Monk or Bruiser is.</P> <P>Anyway, we also have these things called Closed Mind and Tenacious Will that will help solve your problems.</P> <P> </P>

Well, I see that most of us are facing the same issues. So I really have nothin to add but that this has been a drastic change! Like night and day.

<P>Ya I have to say I was trying to remain positive about the combat changes till I really got a chance to try things out. However, the more I play the less im liking what I see. I really feal at times as if I have not wearing armor at all. My gear isnt fabled but it dosnt suck either its all master crafted/legendary and im adept III or master with spells. I went from being able to tank 65^^^ no problem in sos to haveing a real tough time with level 62^^^. For multi encounters its worse because I get hit so much more frequently. A grp of like 5 60 heroic becomes a problem because they seem to be hitting me alot more than before. I know they changed up mitigation but what happend to the avoidiance boost from agility i thought we were gonna get? What I liked about bruiser was being able to train and thats even really hard to do now to and not just in the expansion where everything roots, snares ect but in places like sos. I hope they adjust things abit and dont take months to do it. It kinda blows tho because what I loved most about this class they nerfed really hard its not really the same class as last week.</P> <P>And no this isnt whining, Im just voicing my observations on the changes to the class I play. And yes I can play another class if I want to as a mater of fact i have a 70 fury and 34 warlock. And wow sucks [expletive haxx0red by Raijinn] so im not going to play that lol.</P>

<DIV>seems that we are gonna get a bit of our tanking ability back soon, according to lockeye's post <A href="http://eqiiforums.station.sony.com/eq2/board/message?board.id=combat&message.id=117510#M117510" target=_blank>here</A>. lets see how that works out, but from the sound of it we should be much better tanks soon.</DIV>

<DIV>Well, I think you shozld relax a bit. I agree with the postings about tharder bruiser life now, but you have also pay attention to the facts that there are several enhancements of capabilities with the subclass aa tree and the option to enchant your equipment. We should wait until we have boosted us up before we get angry this way.</DIV>

For some strange reason I always cancel my accounts just before or after expansion packs and then return in 2-4 months. It is a really strange behavioral trait....if only I could identify the cause..........
