<DIV>Hello all,</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>     Let me preface by saying that im a long time reader , first time poster.  I currently have a level 66 Fury that i 2-box with my 45 Bruiser(mentored down , of course). My Bruiser is wearing all mastercrafted armor , and decent treasured jewelery with some nice resists. I dont really have enough AA points on my Bruiser for them to make a noticable difference. The problem is that post EoF , i have to spam heal my bruiser on encounters that normally would require only medium to light healing. I know that mitigation and avoidance have been re-scaled, and that everyone should be less powerful , so i logged on my 33 Berserker, and teamed him up with my Fury to see how he fared. My Berserker is geared in legendary armor and treasured jewelery , about the same as my Bruiser , just a tier lower.  </DIV> <DIV>     Both the Bruiser and the Berserker had noticable aggro problems, heck my Bruiser actually lost aggro from a single target to my Fury once in a while after a big nuke, which ordinarilly never would happen to me; but aggro issues aside , The Berserker needed about the same amount of healing as before EoF (possibly a tad more but not very bad) wheras the Bruiser was in a much worse situation as compared to pre EoF.</DIV> <DIV>     I know the EoF changes were across the board, but regardless, the Brawler is now less powerful relative to the other fighter classes, which is effectively a class specific nerf. I know Brawlers aren't supposed to be the best tanks, but the amount i have to heal my Bruiser when he tanks is simply too much. Please SOE, take note and fix this.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Regards</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV><p>Message Edited by m3g@ 133t d00d on <span class=date_text>11-16-2006</span> <span class=time_text>03:07 PM</span>

57 bruiser and defiler here (with my wife).i clearly remember before LU the hidden cache master thief went down without any problem, meaning usual warding and occasional heals.now, after the second try we both got wiped half way through the fight (we of coruse cleaned the mobs around first).wife told me the named hit through the biggest wards almost right away, i used the gimped down mitigation buffs.we both have full mastercrafted/legendary armor jewelry, almost all spells master 1.when i checked the battle results under the defense tab filter, i noticed i couldnt avoid almost any hits! this is insane, the avoidance is total borked now, getting real [Removed for Content] about it.heroics do hit also more often, but there i see some avoidance. overall 30% worse there.against normal mobs avoidance works well.i do not know how to take damage dump, and i feel it should not be me who is testing this game, i pay for playing it. SOE should run the dumps.- a [Removed for Content] bruiser<p>Message Edited by Astery on <span class=date_text>11-17-2006</span> <span class=time_text>07:16 AM</span>

<DIV>I'm a zerker on Vox, just stopped by to discuss this with you.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Whats actually happening is the fact that they dropped avoidance. I have 2 bruiser buddies that I run around with for pvp and more so now than before, they get hit and actually killed by mobs. A bruiser buddy of mine used to be able to slol inside of Forsaken City, now he HAS to have either me or another person along to help him.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Avoidance was what made the bruiser so awesome. they could get theirs up to 60-70% and still dish out mad DPS, but that avoidance has been dropped from anywhere to 30-50% now...</DIV>

<DIV><EM> ------Both the Bruiser and the Berserker had noticable aggro problems, heck my Bruiser actually lost aggro from a single target to my Fury once in a while after a big nuke----</EM></DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I also noticed this yesterday while duoing the entrance to MM with a fury. Even on single target encounters I was losing agro ( while spamming taunts ) constantly. Seems like we went from being so so tanks, to absolute [expletive haxx0red by Raijinn]. Useless agro control and crap mitigation.</DIV>

My main has been a 70 Bruiser for sometime and I also am quite unhappy with the changes.  I may be switching my attention to leveling an alt now.  <span>:smileysad:</span> <div></div>

<DIV>I know brawlers avoidance has dropped and all avoidance has dropped at least skill wise it has. However my Bruiser is walking around with 77-78% in a good group ...{aa's 6-4-4-7 Stamina       4-4-4-8-1 Int} and I am seeing mobs hitting me way way to often.</DIV> <DIV>I understand the probs I am having in Mistmoore {that zone is for better geared players who have done more of the eof content ...just like Emerald Halls} but I am having a tuff time in many places Mistmoore catacombs among others.</DIV> <DIV>I trule feel the avoidance checks are not working properly as with my 77-78% avoidance I m getting hit on average about 50-55% of the time on level 67-70 mobs and this just should not be the case.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> Abominoare 70 Bruiser of Kithikor </DIV><p>Message Edited by ShadyShane on <span class=date_text>11-17-2006</span> <span class=time_text>06:10 PM</span>

<P><U>Fury observing brawlers have a problem post EoF</U></P> <P>had yesterday an amazing group setup and went through crypt like a tornado:</P> <UL> <LI>bruiser - me</LI> <LI>fury</LI> <LI>templer</LI> <LI>elementalist</LI> <LI>wizard</LI> <LI>wizard</LI></UL> <P>while the templer keeps control over the incoming dmg and the fury is able to manage the spike dmg it was super fine this time. it seems that we are now going backwarts at the timeline to the beginning, when a group with to healers was needed. For the wizzis i made a macro for there dmg control - so when a taunt was resistet i could get easy a grip back...</P> <P>so far it was the best grp since release of eof...  </P> <P>lg</P> <P>shifter</P><p>Message Edited by heelena on <span class=date_text>11-19-2006</span> <span class=time_text>01:48 AM</span>
