Observation between AD3s and M1s

<DIV>Had a fellow I've known for a while on the server offer to sell me a M1 Feign Death (the lvl58 one) for nearly nothing.  Now, as I recall pre-LU29, AD3 (which I own) was 96% chance of success, and M1 (which I SHOULD HAVE been looking at) WAS 97%.  I had never been able to justify the plat for that additional 1% - I'm kinda cheap that way.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Anyway, what I noticed was that the M1 he linked to me was now at 96%.  So I doublechecked my AD3 - and it was still at 96%.  So I went to the broker and found someone with an AD3 of it for sale - it was now 94%!!  In short, pre-LU29 AD3=96% and M1 = 97%, post-LU29 AD3=94% and M1=96% - UNLESS you already had scribed an AD3 prior to LU29, in which case it APPEARS AD3s retain their 96% factor...</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>So - are all pre-scribed-LU29 AD3s retaining their original values - or is this a bug (either visual or programmatically)?  I didn't have a chance to compare any of my other spells before I was kicked off for an update.</DIV>
