Hello peeps, been browsing this forum a lot and i think it's missing a sticky on Brawler's AA...since many of us are not 70 yet and many more bruisers are born everyday i think a guide would be useful, something like the other sticky in here.I'm 41 now and starting to pile my AA's as a brawler and was wondering where to put my points as a main soloer-dps...i think the experience of other, more skilled and higher level player, would be really useful. I started going for STA line but with EoF incoming i am a little messed up with which line to follow: barefist can't be adorned, but added str would be good...bah, i'm confused <img src="/smilies/69934afc394145350659cd7add244ca9.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />Anyway thanks to all the bruiser community for the effort put in keeping this forum alive and up to date. Sometimes i find priceless information for a noob like me here <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />Ithildin, Ratonga Bruiser on SP<div></div>

<DIV>Depends on your style of play like you said dps STR is nice but i neva used it myself i prefered having the stats on weapons. Also bare in mind that stats get easier and easier to get up when you get near lvl cap, although EOF is takign that away, having 10 additional STR at 70 wont increase you Ca dmg as much as it did when you where 30 say. So i personally dont bother with them stats except to get to the next AA.</DIV> <DIV>Int line is one i use and probably wont get rid of since eagle shriek at the end gives you 1400 mit and 75% crit chance when you hit 30% hp.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Aswell as that you got melee crit AA in there no harm in having your melee chance higher, got parry in there too.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Eagle spin comes in handy for the Kidney punch line (One where you need to be behind target) saves you stunning then jumping over and it deals slight dmg too. All round good AA line to max out.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Other lines kinda mess around with, some stuff you'll want but have to take crappy stuff first, but thats the way it goes so dont be put of by for example getting the lowsy reduced recast timer AA because you want to get to the defence AA.  Also bare in mind you can respec which is really cheap to start with but does go up in price. I think the next time if i respec it'll cost me 15pp or something near that but takes a few respecs before youll get even near 1pp.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>So just play around. Id deffinatly take Int line and max that out, youll live for much longer in certain situations where you would otherwise die.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>My AA's will be when EOF come's out (free respec) and my personal view on them</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV><STRONG><U>Int line</U></STRONG></DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV><STRONG>Eagle Intelligence - rank 4 (Int increases dmg done with SPELLS, so bascially crappy for us)</STRONG></DIV> <DIV><STRONG></STRONG> </DIV> <DIV><STRONG>Eagle Spin - rank 4  (Nice for spin effect, slight dmg. But inst worth maxing due to overall dmg, you'd do better spending your points elsewhere)</STRONG></DIV> <DIV><STRONG></STRONG> </DIV> <DIV><STRONG>Eagle Fury - rank 8 (No harm in Maxing your crit chance out)</STRONG></DIV> <DIV><STRONG></STRONG> </DIV> <DIV><STRONG>Eagle's Talon - Rank 8 (Parry ftw!)</STRONG></DIV> <DIV><STRONG></STRONG> </DIV> <DIV><STRONG>Eagle shriek - rank 1 (Costs 8 AA points but is well worth it, saved me a few times)</STRONG></DIV> <DIV><STRONG></STRONG> </DIV> <DIV><STRONG><U>Sta line</U></STRONG></DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV><STRONG>Mantis Stamina - rank 4  (Increases health)</STRONG></DIV> <DIV><STRONG></STRONG> </DIV> <DIV><STRONG>Mantis star - rank 4 (Slight dmg and decrease of target hp is nice, but tbh i normally dotn use it)</STRONG></DIV> <DIV><STRONG></STRONG> </DIV> <DIV><STRONG>Mantis bolt - rank 8 (Proc dmg always nice)</STRONG></DIV> <DIV><STRONG></STRONG> </DIV> <DIV><STRONG>2 AA points left over debating what to do with them prolly out them in to deflect.</STRONG></DIV><p>Message Edited by DisturbedMaggot on <span class=date_text>11-14-2006</span> <span class=time_text>02:30 AM</span>

I made a writeup on my guild forum a while back detailing all the Brawler AA info. This was before LU24, so some of it is outdated (crit % chance).I'll fix it up a bit and post it... there's been a few posts lately asking questions about this kind of stuff.<div></div>
