FBSS and other haste itens...

DT access reward item (Amulet Of the forsworn?) is a wrist item  that has 23% haste. There are a few more i can't think of off the top of my head but there isn't all that much <div></div>

(20%)<BR>roost raid x2 has a 20% belt off random named<BR>belt off hurricanus 23%<BR></P> <P>easiest one to get non raid is the Spirits of lost belt get a group of friends mentor around till you get 10 lvls above the named and kill all the named for lots of masters and items. the named drops the haste belt fairly regularly.</P> <P>For a good FT item the nightblood in el still drops one of the best FT rings almsot all the time ft7. </P>

Theres a ring or other jewelry item that gives 20% haste, I forget what it's called. Theyre very rare, only seen one guy wear it. He was in his 40s, so it's not very high tier.
