I've seen in a few posts lately that some of you get high-delay weapons to time your combat arts between swings.  I'm a 51 Bruiser, so I haven't done anything but guild and pick-up groups.  To date, I've always just spammed all my combat arts up front, usually including my area of effect AA abilities and heroic opportunities, and then just clicked on them as they come available again.Am I really losing out on an important amount of DPS by doing this?  If I get in a fight that takes more than 2 minutes or so, I run out of power, too.  How many of you actually time your CA's in between your auto-attacks?  Do you do this by watching your damage appear above the head of your target? Thanks,Thoral, 51 Bruiser, MistmooreUnrelated P.S.:  That Lost Legends of Lavastorm quest is the suck.  I just wanted to complain after my many deaths last night.  =)<div></div>

This used to be much more important than it is now, since DW weapons got a boost in damage to make up for the number of auto-attacks lost while casting a combat art. Before that, a 2h weapon was generally considered to be the way to go since if you timed your combat arts right, the slower delay of the weapon meant that you didn't miss as much or any auto-attacks. If you really want to squeeze every last bit of damage out of your bruiser as you can, you're welcome to do it this way, although in my opinion it's way more of a hassle than it's worth. However, the ordering of your combat arts can help you do more damage if you are so inclined. Generally what I do is alternate between stuns and one or two regular combat arts, getting behind or flanking the mob as much as I can for the duration of the stun. This tactic doesn't work as well anymore since the nerf of our stun durations, but I still greatly recommend using it when you're about to use the rapid swings line because it will help you get the most damage out of that line. <div></div>

I prefer to use my debuffs (Eye gouge line and the Str AA debuff) and then CAs that just do damage and on quick recycles first then use my Stuns/stomps/kidney rippers.  Once those are used the 1st CAs I used are up generally.<div></div>

Also some CAs do more dmg in certain situations...example, the stomp line does extra dmg when used following another knockdown & knocks the targte down again. & the dmg difference is huge...so after the fierce punch type stun i follow with a stomp & generally that does more dmg than a sucker punch.
