<DIV>I would appreciate considered opinions as to the best Tier 7 raid drop set of dual wield weapons for pure DPS.  If your life depended on getting the highest parsed DPS from two T7 Fabled weapons what would you choose?</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Just looking for raid weapons at this stage please leave quest items out of the discussion.</DIV>

Assuming you mean non-contested raids, so ... the 63.7 Twin and Scepter of Destruction.  These aren't the best tanking weapons, but should have the highest DR/proc combination (excluding Hand of Destruction).  The Bonetooth Skewer isn't bad either if you want to stick with fists.<div></div>

<DIV>The Fist of Pain and Fist of Bashing are both slower, with higher raw damage, and procs.... and both drop in Halls of Seeing.  They are probably mid level, but still good weapons.</DIV> <DIV>The 63 DR calamity and Hand of Destruction have the highest Damage Ratings.  Best autoattack damage from them.</DIV> <DIV>If you want speed, use Bonetooth Skewer and Scepter of destruction.</DIV> <DIV>Personally I use the Wurmslayer and Hand of Destruction most of the time. </DIV>

<P>personally i use both twin clamities (although i still lack the hand of destruction)</P> <P>Reason being although my own personal parse may be a bit lower. The additional pierce debuff on raids allows the RAID to do more overall DPS. The loss of what equates to ~100 dps on raids from me is more then made up for by the rest of the scouts or fighters using peircers.</P> <P>If you want to have your own parse maxed then yes the Hand of destruction and 63.6 twin (unless draconic then wyrmslayer) is the best dps.</P> <P>best tanking combo i would say is Marr's fist/Hand of Destruction</P>

I use HoD and Marrs on Gaige for tanking and the 63.7 TC and Marrs for DPS.  I think HoD sucks for dps really.  Dunno why I think that, I just do <img src="/smilies/69934afc394145350659cd7add244ca9.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />

<DIV>the 63 DR calamity has a nice proc, and it seems to go off often enough.   I use the HoD most often because it's my newest piece, so I gotta break it in.  </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>   BTW if you want a really nice boost from dps that will most likely get you killed, get 2 fast weapons, (IE bonetooth skewer and Scepter of destruction) and choose Crane Flock from AA's.   Time that with a dirge throwing up Cacaphony of blades.... and you got sick Autoattack DPS for about 15 seconds.   Yes you'll die too!</DIV>

<DIV>Ahh yeah ... contested isn't that relevant.  It will really be a choice of anything from DT, Lyceum, Halls, Labs.  </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Assuming that the 63.7 "Calamities" is one of the choices; on that basis it is really just picking the best raid D/W to join it.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Thanks for the responses.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV>

<P>best non-contested dual-wielders hands down.</P> <P>63.7 calamite from labs and wurmslayer or marr's fist</P> <P>the debuff from the 57 calamite is so short it's not going to have a huge effect on dps. </P> <P>Argest</P> <P>Najena</P>

<DIV>I hate to be a bore, but raid drops only.  I take your point about the second 'Twin Calamities'.</DIV>

Scepter of Destruction is horrible.

But it looks so much better than just another fist weapon.<div></div>

<P>Scepter sucks, but it's not from a contested mob, it's a raid drop not a quest and it's better than the comparable weapons.  Fists of Pain, 57 calamite, venekor weapon, bonetooth skewer are the ones in the same ball park, i'd not say any of them are better.</P> <P>Argest</P> <P>Najena</P>

<DIV>Nobody mentioned the Jade Chokodai Baton....  probably because it sucks as a dps weapon, but it's very nice if your soloing and want the extra deflection and crush skill.   Plus it looks alot like Prizzy 1.0, so very kewl graphic. </DIV>

<DIV>I been parsing autoattack damage recently, and for some reason, I get the highest autoattack with Scepter of Destruction in main hand and Wurmslayer in off-hand.   Even on Non-Draconic mobs, I seem to get more procs and overall higher Autoattack DPS with these 2 weapons than any other combination.  </DIV>

No the results one would expect, unless the stun proc is having something to do with it.
