About to ding 50 - crafted armor?

I heard the crafted armor got nerfed in last LU.   Does this apply to The Artist Formally Know As Legendary Armor?  Guild Tailor showed me some stuff that he can now pick the stats on - looked fairly decent to me. Any quests / mobs that drop some good gear would be useful too.  My resists are pretty average at the moment. <div></div>

There is no more crafted legendary armor as of LU24, it is now "Mastercrafted."    I'm sure sure how the stats have changed on scaled leather if at all, but I'm guessing they have.

I checked the stats on the EQ2Players item database.    Looks like mitigation is down by about 40 per piece, but the stats/mix of stats are better similiar to T7.
