Yes, get the Emerald Hide Boots from the Hammer quests in Zek.Although there are many other boots easily available in early T4 (e.g. Barrister's Boots, Frontiersman Leather Boots, Leatherfoot Deputy Boots, Misthide Boots, Splitpaw Hide Boots, Traditional Halfling Boots), none of them are as good as the Emerald Hide Boots.In the late 30's, you can look into the following:Engraved Leather Boots from deep RunnyeyeSplitpaw Watchman's Boots from Splitpaw instancesTen-Gallon Boots from dropped quest in Rivervale
