Hmm not sure, but the city dragons don't really drop anything worthwhile, especially Barakah.

Yes Gaige is correct.   Skullcap of draconic from Pedastal, All-Seeing from Black Queen.  Both USED to be cool, until they copied that graphic over to Kingdom of Sky and made it to where everyoen gets it.
