Oh, I have it =)  I just noticed some oddities, like the other classes have App through Adept versions, don't need Bloodlines (because it can be crafted,) etc.  I wondered if that meant that it was limited in other ways.  I wonder if it will work against those three non-up-arrow heroic mobs that I see from time to time.  Well, time to experiment and find out.

There is no level limitation, only arrow limitation. Like Owain said, works on any mob without up arrows, except triple down arrow mobs (so that makes no arrow, ˇ arrow and ˇˇ arrow mobs).<div></div>

<P>Can't be crafted... it's non - upgradable.   If you want it you will ahve to do the line of quests from Bloodline.   </P> <P> </P> <P>   BTW use this againts a Conjurer Tank pet in a duel.   Wait til he uses planeshift on his pet for a high hit!</P>

I am still looking for a mob with over 15k HP's to up my high hit. You nailed it though, this spell is nice againts pet casters, only prob is the down time after you fire it, "only using auto attack".
