This charm is way out of control there is no way a tank should be out dpsing a scout by a insane amount of damage even for a short burst of time. it needs to be addressed.. ive seen tanks doing 45m+ aoe dps with it and this is just stupid. change it to have some sort of increased threat. tanks are being lazy now and depending on this item's out of control proc rate.

There is no single statement within your post that makes sense, not even the title since it is spelled "Chakram" and it is not a charm.<br /> <br />It is a summer ethereal, it is rare, only few have it, and the few that have it only a handful of them is actually capable to time its 2s long duration - in reflection that there is another avatar charm dealing up to 1.2 billion damage that can be used by everyone, how about "no" to your request?<br /> <br />If tank outparses you on long fights due to this proc, push your buttons harder.

To begin with<br />A fighter with this ethereal spikes high on the parse at the beginning then his parse will spiral down <br />Having said that ethereals rare and not everyone has them (already mentioned above)<br /><br />Same argument was said about scout poisons, which is another pointless argument

The proc triggers from ripostes, so in large groups of adds, the proc rate goes through the roof. Easy fix there. Disable procs from riposte.

The avatar charm is meant to kill trash outright, but the damage on named was a bit ridiculous. Fixed now in most zones.

The main times when the fighter parses well with it is trash. Longer duration fights it balances out. The fact that it spikes hard at the start of a fight is a good thing. The spike of damage allows dps classes to open up harder on incoming vs having to wait on a tank to build up agro before dpsing

Single items alone causing such unbalance in damage will break the content.
I have two points of view on this...<br /><br />1. As a dps class that spike hard on pull, I like tanks that have this item because they are right next to me on the parse for the first 20 seconds or so.<br />2. My beef with it is tanks are beating me on the parse in heroics. <img src="/images/smilies/biggrin.gif" alt="BigGrin" /> NERF IT! <img src="/images/smilies/biggrin.gif" alt="BigGrin" />
