where is lvl 50 fluff steel skin?

I do know that you can not actually see the spells until you are of that level. It was kinda dissappointing to have to wait to go back to town after getting 40 to have to get my fluff spell for 40 because I wasn't able to see it to buy it beforehand and be ready with it at dingage. The OP did say he tried that guy but not sure if he actually is 50 or higher atm. Either way I hope one of us was able to help.<div></div>
