Is avoidance the same vs heroic and nonheroic?

Do I have the same avoidance vs a blue nonarrow and a blue nonarrow heroic?</DIV>

<DIV>Yes, BUT a heroic or a ^ has a better chance of hitting you (higher atk). So of course they will hit you more than a normal or a down arrow mob will.</DIV>
