AA Mantis Bolt does NOT appear in the Bruiser Abilities list Window - Why?

I went with the AA STA line - got up to Mantis Bolt and I noticed this AA  ability does NOT appear in the Abilities list Window whereas Mantis Star (previous AA STA ability) does - Why? Is that because it is a passive CA? <div></div>

yes it is a passive piercing damage proc, at 4th rank its 12% chance for 114-190 damage or added up to 22 dps through a Lab raid.

Actually it's not - with anything imbued, an icon will show everytime it triggers / procs...I can see the sanguine (from imbued) icon from time to time but I guess for weapons or passive CA there is none...I can't remember seeing any spell icon when a weapon procs and this passive acts like this - which is ok - I was just wondering...
