<DIV>Hello fellow bruisers. I am currently a lvl 34 Barbarian Bruiser in all legendary gear with most of my spells from 28-34 master 1 including the lvl 34 ignore hurt. I was wondering where exactly would be a good place to solo from 34-50. Right now i am soloing clay guardians in the Ruins of Varsoon. These are pretty good exp. My planning is to wait until these start to turn green then i plan on heading to runnyeye. Runnyeye should last me for a good while maybe 40-43 or so before most of the mobs start to turn green. Then i would probably do a little rivervale. then Cazic Thule, then probably permafrost or somewhere simillar. That should take me to 50 without any problems.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>My question is are there any other places where i could get simillar exp with good loot. I dont have any of the adventure packs, but i would be willing to purchase them if they would provide good exp and better loot and would be able to adventure in these zones for a good while.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Any other suggestions would be appreciated. Like i said i am better geared then most and my combat arts are really good so i could probably solo better then most.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Kaegar</DIV> <DIV>34 Barbarian Bruiser</DIV> <DIV>Permafrost Server</DIV>

Bloodlines was fun for me (all solo). Kind of ignoring the really easy intro zone (which can be done something like mid 30's) the real meat of the pack, for a soloer, starts at level 42'ish (assuming you keep your gear/skills on the same level as you describe).  All the mobs will be heroic but green/blue so low to moderate challenge (named being pretty good challenge to real challenge). You will go through like 9 main quests taking place in two zones (various versions of the two zones, actually). Depending how much you get sidetracked (item-drop quests in the zones can suck you in) you can gain quite a few levels (like 4 easy) doing the whole pack. At some points some of the trash mobs will go grey but that just helps you skip through faster. If you start at 42 you should never have to kill a grey mob. You will get a lot of rarish loot from all the named and a lot of "?"s that sell for good money. For example, since not many people do these zones, I got a discovery on some fabled bow that I sold real quick for like 4 plat and the vampire teeth (from "?", not body loot) sell to players for 10-50 gold each. Also make sure you hang out around 44/45'ish killing Nillith Tfed in the regular version of Tombs of Night for the Blood Drenched Gi before you leave/outlevel him!<p>Message Edited by Ferous on <span class=date_text>04-14-2006</span> <span class=time_text>11:34 AM</span>

I highly recommend Deathfist Citadel around level 40 if you are well equipped, or level 42-43 if you are moderately-well equipped.  The ^^^ mobs in there are easier than usual and are incredible XP when solo... and there is a limitless supply of them.  And as a feign-death class, you can enjoy surviving and XPing off of the running-orc event that would slaughter most groups at that level.  The earliest mobs in there are level 36^^^, and there is a good supply of mobs up to level 39^^^. As an alternative or a follow-up, Obelisk of Lost Souls was very good to me, with heroic mobs of level 36-40 in the cavern (similar to Deathfist Citadel) and 41-44 in the first floor. In the late 40's, I suggest you move on to Solusek's Eye, which is another dungeon that has slightly easier-than-usual ^^^ mobs at the front, and better-than-usual XP rewards. <div></div>

<DIV>I did varsoon as well at your level.  After varsoon I headed to EL, and grinded off of those rat looking things.  From the docks go left follow the shore, pass the scare crow, and wall, and you'll see spiders.  A little past the spiders are the ^^^ I'm refering to.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I alternated that with the entrance to runney eye, up the ramp, then back down.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>At 42 I hit sinking sands (desert of flames expansion).  There are 3 faction quest givers on the beach, representing the court of blades, truth, and coin.  At this level don't worry about building up faction for just one.  Pick up the quests that each gives you, and run through them.  It takes a short time to get them done and the xp gained from killing the targets and the quest turn in is pretty good.  You also get 2 to 4 gold per turn in.  There's also an npc in maj'dul...near the court of truth building...actually behind it.  His name escapes me, but I'm sure someone on these boards will remember it.  Anyway, he gives repeatable quests as well, the good one to do is the one with the ghouls.  I flew 42-50 doing these quests.</DIV>
