<div>Hi to the bruiser community.</div><div>I am often duoing with a bruiser friend of mine and I recently wondering what spell i can cast on him that will be the more efficient. Because of concentration slot restriction I have two choices :</div><div>- a spell that increase hate on him by 29 %</div><div>- a spell that increase it s agility by 32</div><div>We are at 38. He of course is the tank of our duo. And one of it main role is that I must no take aggro and if I take aggro he must get it back quickly. Because we are duoing we often fight 4 or 5 of yellow mobs.</div><div>Any advises on this question ?</div><div> </div><div>Thanks</div><div>Have a nice day</div>

<div></div><p>Hey there,</p><p>While everyone plays bruisers differently, and if it were you and I duo'ing I would go for the hate buff. Some my say Agi but if aggro management is the issue then as you mentioned having him maintain hate is the key. The official disclaimer here is the miliage on your bruiser may vary depending on CA abilities quality (app 1 vs master 2) and equipment quality (legenday, fabeled etc....)</p><p>Hope that helps a bit.</p>
<div></div>Bruisers have a nice self buff to agility. Not to mention the returns on raising agility are not impressive. The hate buff is very nice on the other hand.

Agree with the other posters, if you have to choose I would go with hate.<div></div>

<div></div>In a team with other DPS'ers definitely the hate buff. But, depending upon your playstyle, you might be able to get away without the hate buff with only the two of you in the group. If you let the Bruiser Pull and burn a few combat arts before you start attacking, he may be able to hold aggro without the hate buff. Now, Bruisers are pretty good at holding single-target aggro via damage output, especially if you let them get a head start of about 3-5 seconds. But, if you're pulling groups of 3 or more, and you (Coercer) are using AE's or mezzing the others, then you'll have a problem. Test it, if you can get away without the hate buff--and you probably can with single pulls--then use the Agility buff. If not, hate buff is always good. <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />

Charm FTW!Try a few encounters (SoE calls the mobs encounters now... /nod) to see how well the bruiser holds aggro. If it's alright, go with charm if you have space left =)<div></div>

<div></div>Hate Buff for sure though duo he shouldnt be losing aggro to you :smileywink: Both can be useful , see how much the agil boosts his aviodance but i would say hate buff would be my preference aswell
