Ok, I see a lot of people talking about proc changes. And honestly this is the first I've heard of them. I've noticed procs working differently in the past few days. Was that when the changes took place or have I more or less had no clue previously?But things seem to proc less often now. Both with my bruisers procs and my Inquis power drain proc.So how exactly have they changed? I didn't see anything about it in the update notes ever...<div></div>
