ok all i gotta say is that the wisdom aa Crane Twirl BLOWS, 1% per aa point. now that is hard to come by... i think its not worth the aa.maybe it should be 2% a aa point. and plus. it barely procs at all in the first place.ps. does this proc solo encounterS?<div></div>

Why wouldn't it proc on solo encounters? You can use AEs on solo encounters. From the description its an out of encounter AE. I really doubt it does a check to see if if there is more than one mob in the AE range.</span><div></div>
