INT & Procs

I banked some AAs i'm now using. I decided to start down the INT path. INT itself isn't that useful as a bruiser but i figured hey atleast i'll proc better. I examined my stuff before and after putting 4 points into int and my procs didn't go up. [expletive haxx0red by Raijinn]? Is that not true? I knew int wouldn't do that much for me but was hoping for something.<div></div>

<div></div><p>Seems strange ... I have noticed procs going up, albeit very slightly, when I have INT buffs on.  I never really stopped to do the math, but I think it was somewhere around 10% increase in proc damage per 100+ INT.  It really isn't much.</p><p>I think I'm actually one of the dumbest bruisers around, as my unbuffed INT is currently a whopping 23!</p><p> </p><p> </p>

wow you had me beat.. before i put the AAs into int i was 29 unbuffed. I'm gonna play around more with int buffs... maybe i missed something.. /shrug<div></div>
