Reuse timer on mantis leap?

<div><div>Currently on the pvp server with my level 17 bruiser but with no holding ability people tend to run off.  Looking at mantis leap to be the saving grace with a leap/stun or something to that affect.  Can anyone tell me what the reuse timer on that skill is. I can handle a 1 minute or so timer but like 5+ would make it kinda pointless anyways thanks in advance.</div></div>

The reuse timer is 1 minute. It's just a teleport with an increased chance to critical hit next attack, although the effect writing says unknown effect at the moment.<div></div>
