I'm noticing that I burn through power a whole lot faster than normal. Even when fighting the same mobs using the same tactics the fights aren't really lasting much longer than before the proc change. My power is dropping fast though. Even with both of the power regen traits I'm usually ending up near OOM after fighting an encounter.Thoughts?

I have the same problem with my Monk, seems brawlers use much more power... after around 4 mobs, i'm nearly dry.

Build your group around a Coercer, Illusionist, Dirge or Troubador and those power problems go away. Try to have at LEAST 1 of each archetype in the group with you playing puller and not MT IE Mage Fighter Scout Priest. Don't have more than 2 of any one archetype in the group. IE a SK, Brawler Zerker is bad and so is Conj Coercer Wizard. At least one, no more than 2 and get your group someone with power regen. You'll be set.

EDIT:

Oh yea, and try to build to the strengths of the groups. IE as a monk I want a Dirge and a Necro/Conj or I want a Troub with a Wizard/Warlock. Tanks and healers are a dime a dozen, theres plenty of both who can do the job. Just mix and match to what you want. I prefer a Inquisitor and Warden but any other combo seems to work out alright provided you don't have a chain/chain duo of healers.

Message Edited by Bewts on 02-24-200605:46 AM

Another helpful bit is to get your druid to stop hogging the spirit of the bat. In most groups I have been in the tank goes OOP faster then the healer (both as a bruiser and a warden). So, grab that extra regen.Extra bonus. Spirit of the bat also has + AGL.When I'm playing my warden, I usually cast it on the MT, no matter his or her class.-

Yeah, On my Warden I generally give it to who goes OOP first. (Which is generally the Monk/Bruiser after KoS). The +18agi, 94power, 9.4 in-combat power regen is definetly a nice buff to hand someone.

I've got both of the power regen traits too.. I wonder if these aren't functioning properly.Oh, and I guess I should dump the fury I run with for a warden..

You know, I noticed going through power faster also. I just thought it was my fighting style changed. Maybe not though. I still think its fighting style, I'd be surprised if they upped the power consume on our combat arts. Of course, they might've.
