hello allwondering if anyone has an answer for me regarding the new 'treasured' armor, just got the gloves made but i cant wear them till 62 and although they have +1 to crushing, piercing, slashing and defense + 50 to health and power which is nice but what is not nice is that the mitigation is the same, and they do not have any resists at all, the stats that they give are 18 str 18 agi and 18 sta, which does not compare to the medium armor that ive seen some pics off, they have +23 to various stats depending on the classso my question is if the armro will be improved on mitigation and resists, the other stuff is pretty sweetthanksKladuscan60 BruiserRunnyeye

In T7 resists will be on jewelery and yes, mitigation is supposed to be the same. This is because they made a huge misstake in making T6 rare better then T5 fabled when DoF went live. They don't want to repeat that again...

Actually it is a mistake I'd say to have t7 rare player made worse than an expansion old t6 fabled. The players that play will use fabled and not upgrade till t7 fabled. Well that is just great for the tradeskillers. Cobalt was a fix in my opinion, easy to get, and yet worse than t6 fabled, and good for the harvesting/tradeskilling economy.

Players wearing full t6 fabled are up to the challenge, AND have the resources to easily be in full t7 player made in no time at all....now they skip this step and go straight to t7fabled. Tradeskillers get shaft. Roll a spell scribbler i guess. (or provisioner)

Moose

They didnt want people that spent all that time farming fableds in DoF to have to buy T7 crafted then upgrade again to t7 fabled. They want you to go from t6 fabled -> t7 fabled, and t6 crafted -> t7 crafted -> t7 fabled.

The problem with separating the upgrade chains into tn crafted -> tn+1 crafted and tn -> fabled -> tn+1 fabled is that for each piece of fabled that drops in tn, that is one less piece of crafted armor that will be *ever* need to be sold in tn+1. Therefore, as characters attain fabled gear they are effectively removed from the market unless they fail to replace their fabled for at least one tier. Of course, as we know, the majority of people in fabled will continue to be in fabled.

The compound this, they not only separated the crafted upgrade chain from the fabled upgrade chain, but they made t7 legendary better than t6 fabled, so people *still* have no use for the old tier fabled items and the crafters have another series of relatively easy to obtain t7 gear that nullifies the purpose of what they have to sell.
