You'll get more procs over time, just have to recast it is all.

You'll get more procs over time, just have to recast it is all.<hr></blockquote><p>Actually, no.  It is still on a 1 minute recast timer like it was, and before you could cast it, have it one, use it and if you had it on over 1 minute you could recast it right away.  Now you can not do that, so no you actually get less procs over time.</p><p>Also, ya our skills show that our stuns are now 1.0 seconds, can anyone confirm if this is a visual bug?</p><p>Tzing</p>

Now you have to be really precise in order to avoid that first big opening nuke. Meh.

<div></div><p>Not too thrilled with the proc changes so far.  Only played for about hour since Expansion / LU20, but NPC casters are now proccing like half the time it seems, and I'm hardly proccing at all.  CA are all but never proccessing extra damage, and with multi hit arts only able to proc once, my damage is definately lower. </p><p>I can certainly see where some other classes were proccing all the time for huge damage could get outta hand, and even our multi hit arts proccing with thundering fist line (plus others) on each hit was not how they wanted it...  But now I'm weaker and caster mobs are tearing me up much worse (went from almost no threat if appropriate level to more difficult than melee mobs). </p><p>Oh well, just more changes to get used to.  Would like to see things tweaked to a middle ground.</p>

<div></div><p>Yeah, Engulf is kind of worthless now.  I usually just stay in mixed stance or defensive now, because the difference in DPS is not noticable anymore.</p><p>Also, I don't know if this is a direct correlation to our DPS nerf, but it seems like KoS mobs have a ton of HP.  Especially the ^ solo mobs.</p><p>-Kald, 60 Bruiser Permafrost</p>

I think stuns/thunderig fists etc. got broke somewhere between beta and live. Happened with DoF iirc.<div></div>
