<div>Ok, so I was trolling the Swashy forums (well, not really, as I do own a swashy) and they have this thread that asks what new abilites would you like to see. (recast timer doesnt start before the meditation is cancelled)</p><p>Duration: until cancelled.</p><p>Attacks from aggro wont cancel the meditation, only a sit/stand will cancel it (like with the feign death)</p><p>The skill cannot be used while in combat.</p><p>Benefits:</p><p>Dispels XX lvl's of hostile noxious (and maybe elemental) effects on caster.</p><p>Increases health and/or power regen by 10-30 while in meditative state.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>Eventually make it available for both bruisers and monks.</p><p> </p><p>Just a thought.</p>

Inner-Light - In combat power regenFlying Daggers - Range attack (fast refresh timer)Toad Style - Increases Mitigation, poison resists and adds a poison aura. Mobs with in a small range take poison damage and gain hate.Harness Chi - Takes 1/2 the power of the Brawler but does massive mental damage to <b>attacking</b> target and generates massive hate.<div></div>

And also as long as the tank is doing his job adding mitigation to anyone but yourself (provided you are MT) does nothing.</span></div>

<div></div><p>As a bruiser the one skill i would like to see for our class is a throw of some kind. A lot of the npc bruisers in the game have the ability to toss opponents such as in the raid instance Gates. It's become a sort of injoke on why i can't do the same thing. I am not expecting some toss on the measure of cazel, but maybe something along are stun line that also tosses the target back.</p>

As it is Assasins have a hard time positioning themselves now they have to worry about a Brawler hocking their target back 5 feet.I guess if you need to push a mob back somewhere it could be useful but there aren't many if any that I know of (and I lack raiding so there could be many) that you would need to push a mob like EQ days.</span></div>

Just want to revive it. And increased mitigation does help others in AE fights, does it not?

Interesting idea, although the 10% Interrupt is well.. umm too Rouge like?I'd like to see fillers for our concentration slots. Group DPS buffs, or Something unique for grp tanking buff.Like....1conc: always up10% chance when any grp member is hit to absorb all poison damage dealt.Meaning, mob does poison ae, 10% chance check on each grp member to just ignore and absorb the damage.Something like that...... Ooorrrr maybe even...10% chance to absorb it, 10% chance if absorb works to put poison dps proc on you for 15seconds after absorb./shrug. Atleast it'd be original.

As for epic encounters most of the raid force will be standing out of AoE ranges alot of the time and having a Bruiser along just for dps/support defeats the purpose of the class, the class on the raid that would need the mit boost the most would be the MT and brusiers wouldn't get a spot in the MT group even with such a mit buff.Bruisers are fine for fighting Heroics, they need something to help them tank the upper spectrum of epic encounters more reliably, something that'll break the "we must have guardians tanking" vision that is so inbred in people since pre-LU#13.Next upgrade to the self heal line could be a Instant X % + DoT heal.Self buff for +str and +sta, Bruisers are rough and tough, buffs that increase Agi fits better on monks, especially given it's marginal benefits it has on Avoidance.+Deflection and + Parry buffs would be good too.A riposte effect to the next defensive stance, give it x% chance to avoid an attack and riposte for y% of the damage the attack would have inflicted if not avoided.</span><div><span><blockquote><hr>Ansla-Sax wrote:<p><strong>MEDITATION...</strong></p><hr></blockquote></span></div>It would probably best be used as an alternate advancement ability, since it's similar to the Tera Kasi ability from SWG, but it would be a welcome addition for sure.</div>

<div></div><p>Loved Meditation in SWG. I really missed it once I droped TK for Swords. Also miss Warcry 2. I remember someone saying that "PvP in SWG is a bunch of idiots running around screaming at eachother". Made me laugh!</p>

And to those who say that scouts would have a hard time with this etc etc... I say <em>they'd adapt</em>. </font></p><p><font size="3">Anyway, wouldn't it be nice to make combat a little more complex? It can get so terribly dull. </font></p>
