T6 Brawler fabled gear

is there anywhere to get some outside of x4 raid zones? i am in a small guild and only raid like mabey once a month with a raid alliance so my chances there are slim. <div></div>

After completing a series of quests for a faction house (Truth/Coin/Blades) you can enter a special instance with a three day lockout.

When you obtain sufficient faction and then complete a series of quests you get access to a special instanced zone for each faction.  The zone is repeatable every 3 days and has the chance to drop fabled items. Coin and Truth drop legs, Blades drops a D/W weapon.
