The CA's Stone Deaf, Sonic Fist, and Close Mind drop in two forms. They, along with the other "Ancient Recipes" for each class, drop as Adept 3 recipes for alchy pretty commonly. They drop as Adept 1 spell books that you can scribe directly also. But the Adept 1 drops seem to be very rare.
