Yes the ability is still available and is part of the Bloodlines adventure pack. The merchant you purchase it from is outside the timber falls area in the Nek forest. You must complete a series of quests before you can buy it though so be aware.

what do the quests entail and can I do them at 54 or do I have to mentor down to some 1?

<DIV>I did them at 50.  It's very easy, you shoudln't have to mentor down at all.  Basically you do yoru line of bloodlines quests.... Go here, kill x mobs..... check out Ogaming for a nice walkthrough.  </DIV>

Yea... by the way, you'll only have to do the first 3 or maybe 4 quests in the series to buy it apparently.  I thought you had to do the entire series of 9 (or so) and did before soemone told me differently.  heh

WAY back when they moved the recipe books that came from Bloodlines to the vendor in the wholesaler guild.  You can now get the imbuing books and the alchemist/jeweler/sage recipe books in town.  Unfortunately, the alchemist recipe book from bloodlines is missing the brawler recipe atm.  I posted a complaint <A href="http://eqiiforums.station.sony.com/eq2/board/message?board.id=7&message.id=10232" target=_blank>here</A> and used /bug in-game, so I'd expect it fixed in the next update or two.

Since there are no variables in the spell, I think they left the crafted versions out.  It would be nice if an app3/app4 were craftable so those that do not have the adventure pack can get the spell.  There should not be an adept 3 recipe, since that amounts to just wasting a rare. <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>If you have doubts about getting this spell, disgard them.  I still use it regularly at 59.  It scales as you level, so is very handy.</DIV>
