Feign Death upgrade and Fear spell

<DIV>If I look on the SOE bruiser spell list I don't see an upgrade for lvl 14 Feign Death nor do I see a Fear spell that we used to have. If I look on ogaming.com website at 28.6 we get Play Dead upgrade for Feign Death but I still don't see a fear spell unless I am overlooking something. So do we actually get Play Dead? I have read that at lvl 30 I think we get our first fear spell but I dont' see it in the spell lists.</DIV>
