LU#16 and Duel-wield changes

They weren't listed in the EQ2 items database (player made one) otherwise I'd posted the stats as well.<div></div>

Is it best to wait untill 16 goes live to get weapons made?  Had someone tell me if it would be waste of a rare if I used to before LU16. <div></div>

If you get it made before hand, they will change to the current stats.

DFB has a Damage Rating of 49.3, base damage of 18-55, your damage shows as 48-144 to a lvl 50 character.<div></div>

As  a Dirge I still do more damage with a one hander then duel wields.    The numbers dont add up in t4 or t5.    Without knowing more I would say only T6 got any Love.
