<DIV><FONT color=#ff0000>Which class do you think is the hardest for bruisers to kill?</FONT></DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>i have beaten everything thus far cept 1 warden... he always has that lame knockback buff thing on so whenever i go to do damage he just knockback+stun me, and reheals himself...</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Sk are also pretty hard, the one in my guild is one of the best in the game, i hear hes undefeated thus far.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>outside of warden and sk, been able to wax most other classes pretty easy cept each have there own little quirks u gotta watch out for...</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>*Tips*</DIV> <DIV>for healers, if you see them casting there reactive/ward/hot before the duel starts... simply let them sit there and expect to be attacked... some figure that you are waiting for them to come to you and dont recast heal after it wears off... that is when u lay down the stuns and kill em when they cant heal back up.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>for scouts and mages you can either try and stun/mez them befor they get cheapshot off or there roots/snares. or i personally like waiting a long ways away then useing sonic fist + unnerve, then simply run on over too em when they mez and lay the smack down on em, they go quickly.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>other fighters you can also mez/fear... try to do this alot to keep your skills refreshed so you are able to all out burst getting the most bang for your buck, aswell as keeping them from wearing away at your health with skills of there own.</DIV><p>Message Edited by IceDragon7878 on <span class=date_text>10-19-2005</span> <span class=time_text>11:20 AM</span>

rangers can also be a pain.  Invis at the start...run out side the arena...use stream they win! since they are stunned outside the arena bc of stream it does not effect their timer.  Also they can usually 1 shot pretty much anyclass when they use poison...not fun.  But yah for the warden / sk you bascially have to use your mez, wait for their wards / dmg shields / hots to wear off, then lay in with the stuns and kill them before they can heal back up.  -Tamaran- 60 Iksar Bruiser of AB <div></div>

That SK harm touch is nasty.Challenge them to best of 3, so they can only use it in one fight <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />

<div></div><div></div><div></div><div></div><div></div><div></div><div></div>Enchanters and Zerkers can be impossible if they're good.  Also Rangers, Druids and lots of classes easily beat bruisers with the right spells just keep the bruiser rooted and stay back, dispell takes 2 minutes to re-cast so once thats down all they do is re-root and stun/nuke you're a sitting duck.<p>Message Edited by pillbub on <span class=date_text>10-25-2005</span> <span class=time_text>12:22 AM</span>

<P>I don't like to lose duels, so I don't play fair.  That way, nothing is impossible.</P> <P> </P> <P>For anything except clerics, I use this tactic.  During the countdown (With Mag fists, stirring cry, quarrel and battle lust up already) I put up deadly spirit, shocking fists, close mind.  When the timer gets to between 2 and 1, i run up to the person and start casting savage blows, but turn off autoattack and queue crushing fury.  Once that lands, i stun chain, eye pluck and mez/fear them until crushing fury is up again.  I avoid flaming lunge like the plague, as it breaks our mez and fear.  If a shadowknight gets ruinous off, I might die, but that's about the only way they'll beat me.</P> <P>For clerics, i let them do their thing.  At the start of the fight, i mez them, then wait the duration and stun them til i can mez again.  Once I cycle mez/fear/stun them for 90 seconds or about that, i unload, because they usually wont have a reactive on.  While mezzed, try hex dolling them to make it easier on you.  Its important to break their reactive tank.</P> <P> </P> <P>Tough classes include conjurors with their pre-fight invis, as well as any other class that likes to try and be cheap with pre-bell invis/sneak</P> <p>Message Edited by psubullet on <span class=date_text>10-25-2005</span> <span class=time_text>03:57 AM</span>

<DIV>Only class that beat me was a 60 Monk.   He used like 6 potions before the fight, and had better gear than I did.  I didn't really buff up much at all for that fight.  Kinda made me wanna go study in the mountains living amongst the mountain goats and take a vow of silence.... silnce due to my shame of loosing..... and loosing to a monk none the less.  </DIV>

<DIV>"Sk are also pretty hard, the one in my guild is one of the best in the game, i hear hes undefeated thus far."</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Ok and how would you know he is one of the best?  He is aSK on one server out of how many?  Don't be ignorant with such statements.  When the pvp server comes up we'll see who is the best at their class, and still not everyone will be there to prove that fact.  The pvp community will be proven but the non pvp players are as good just may not choose to do the pvp server.  I'm undefeated on my Swashy but I would never say I was the best and I'm sure I'll lose one of these days,  there's always someone that will beat you weather it is luck or a miskey.</DIV>
