No, it was always intended to be craftable. I just went and looked... still for sale on Crushbone to my bruiser.. I dunno about being craftable (don't have an alche in my guild). All the 35 bloodlines are intended to be buyable (at app II) at the tents if you have completed enough quests (about 1/2). The 2nd spell is on completion of all of them IIRC (corpsecrush? I think for bruisers. ahven't gotten it myself). They are also meant to be buyable (app III, app IV) from players. No adept I + I don't think. Never bothered to look. The sage Bloodline App IVs (for casters) are still in the books, I just asked a guildie. -T

Yeah it was... Embarrasing story. I was there buying spells for my friends because I am the only one in guild that has finished the BL expansion past that point (actually up to last guy, who I can't solo after the CC)... after I bought a whole bunch I noticed they were all no trade :smileysurprised:. I had definitely bought a Dev fist for another brawler. This was on Crusbone. ---- Edit: on 10/8 or 10/9 (Friday afternoon) it was indeed there. Went and looked again 10/11: not there. My character still has it in his knowledge book and toolbar. There are patch notes recently tweaking it. I'm betting it is a bug. If they were going to remove it, it would be completely gone. ----

Balmore wrote:Traigus, was it (Devistation FIst) still listed for you at merchant? So strange, lol!

Message Edited by Traigus on 10-11-2005 04:10 PM

Sorry. THEY were always meant to be craftable (I still can't find a quote in search that says Dev Fist was intended not to be craftable though). I don't see why it shouldn't be.. the rest of them can be made and scribed higher then app II without the expansion... letting alches make a scaling power shouldn't make any difference. -T

Do you have to have the faction to get this spell or can you buy it from someone that does have faction? ie is it tradable?

Given the lngth of quests to get it, I would be surprised if it were tradeable.I did see Stone Deaf on the broker this weekend though (the L52 skill), for 40g.
