What level do we stop getting upgrades?

<DIV>41 Bruiser here and was wondering when to start going all out on the Adept 3's.  At what level do we get our last skill that doesn't have an upgrade?  I'm assuming its getting rather close, but I don't want to spend a decent ammount of $ on a Ruby/Rhod only to spend even more money when I'm 59 upgrading the skill again.<BR><BR>Thanks in advance.</DIV>
