The golden rule is that Combat Arts/Spells are upgraded every 14 levels. It's simply a matter of counting up from your previous spell and checking if it has a replacement. Trial and error will dictate which shares the same cast timers. Not to mention the descriptions are likely identical to the previous Combat Art/Spell.<div></div>
