Do Brawlers have a weight restriction?

I'm new to EQ2.  Just moved over from Dramacraft.  I played EQ 1 and I know monks recieved an armor penalty when they carried too much.  I was wondering if this applies to EQ 2 Bruisers and Monks? <div></div>
