I am now a level 21 Barbarian Bruiser and am loving it so far I still have not had a chance to tank anything in a group situation I have mostly done solo stuff so far but so far this class is quite fun. Anyways I wanted to know what stats I should concentrate on more.  So far I  am fairly even in STR and AGI I really want to DPS but I also do not want to be at a disadvantage if I do need to be a MT at some point. Is there a certian ratio of STR / AGI I should be after and what about STA? Also What T3 / T4 combat arts do you recommend to update to Adept 3? My main toon is a 50 Warlock / Alchemist who has about 7 Jaspers and a few Opals sitting in his bank I planned on using for my Brusier and Warden alts. <div></div>

<P>Well when I first made my bruiser I went all out str. for dps, started haveing problems in the mid 30's nothing serious just wasnt soloing as well as other bruisers. That is the point were I respeced and went all out agility ..if there was no agility choice I took stamina. I was soloing and tanking much better after I did this and was still dealing high dps...by the time I got to 50 I was in the top 3-4 dps on almost every raid. The big thing I found is that it seems easier to raise your strength through gear than agility.</P> <P>When expansion and revamp came out I did exactly the same thing, all out agility and stamina when threre was no agility choice. I normally group with the same group from my guild for xping and I currently tank much better than all but the gaurdian, and I am comparable with him on all but named mobs ( just as a side note I think this is more do to gear than ability, as I have very few fabled armor pieces), the zerker that usually groups with us gets eat up ..where as I take alot less damage other than the random hit that lands. Currently with rings and buffs I can get my agility to 314 and strength to 279.  As for dpsing well we dont rate where we used to .. I average 220-300dps, depending on how much I want to crank out and if I strip agro or not. most scouts can hit 300 or better dps and casters can get there too. So keeping all that in mind I would say go agility as it seems imho that strn is much easier to raise through gear.</P> <P>Something else to keep in mind is agility does affect dps although not on the scale that strn does, do to the fact that agility also determines how well and offten we hit the mob.</P> <P>Kainn 52 Iksar Bruiser</P> <P>Everfrost ~ "The Horde"</P> <P>Been there, Seen that, Been killed by it, Came back and kicked its [Removed for Content]!</P>

<DIV>A few problems there BigRed...</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Agility no longer (if it ever did) affect how well you hit the target. That is solely based on your skill with crushing (or other skills if other classes). That's why the Offensive Stances buff those skills, not your agility.<BR>Agility solely helps your ability at avoiding a hit. And it's not as huge a benefit as before. AND we now have a self buff that increases our Agility but a large amount. AND the benefits from agility cap out at 7 x your level.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Now, if you are level 50, you will not get any more benefit from having an Agility score higher than 350.  There are now 3 classes that buff agility, so if you ever find that you play most often with a Warden, Troubadour or Dirge, you can sacrifice some in your agility score there as well.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Personally, I didn't choose a single agility trait (unless there's an iksar one I'm forgetting about), and I end up having 290 or so agility.. and that's with just Legendary rare t5 equipment (no fabled).</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>What I would suggest is Stamina and +total HP traits, or Strength and +power REGEN traits, depending if you wanted to maximize Tanking ability or DPS.<BR>I personally chose Stamina and +power regen, since I offtank a lot and tend to burn through too much power, heh. I rarely group with an enchanter or bard, so my regen is rarely going to be capped.</DIV>

I for one went with Str and power regen choices, and I'm currently opting for some stamina/wisdom gear to help with tanking.Either way, going stam or str will benefit you depending on your playstyle, and neither choice is wrong, but the above poster is quite correct when it comes to agility, you can buff it sufficiently yourself, and if you are lucky enough to group with a bard or a druid type, you'll pretty much be buffed in the areas you are lacking.

<P>I went STA.</P> <P>  Between the Battle Fury line (+str/agi) and all the strength gear out there you'll have no problem.  But there seems to be a real lack of stamina stuff from my experience -- I was around 100 or less stamina when str speced.</P>

Thanks for all the help guys since I think I will mostly be doing DPS in my groups and maybe a little off tanking I think I will probably go with mostly STR and power regen .
