Two fighters duo'ing - who casts "Overtaking Blows" line on the other?

<DIV>Not sure if the title describes the question enough but here is the scenario I would like some feedback on:</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>My Bruiser is duo'ing with another fighter (for me its with a Berserker but this can really be a generic question). We both have the Combat Art line "allows target a 34% chance to use your avoidance for an additional chance to dodge a blow....caster gets 25 agility" (rough guesses on the actual numbers). If we want the Berserker to do the tanking, is it more benficial for him to cast his CA and get the extra 25 agility or for me to cast my CA and he gets the additional chance to use my avoidance? I would guess it's best for me to cast my CA but I'm curious if anyone has done good testing on the real benefits of this "additional chance to use my avoidance" vs a straight 25 agility boost.</DIV>

<DIV>The offtank should cast it on the tank.  25agi is a lot less meaningfull then having a 35% chance right off the top to not even take a hit.  So if the zerker is tanking you should cast it on him.</DIV>
